Every step of the way from pre-sales information gathering, order placement and fulfillment, to product and services support, we make it easy for customers to reach us and get the help they need.
We employ a dedicated team of customer service personnel nationally. Each customer is assigned a customer services representative available via telephone, whom along with a dedicated account manager is
responsible for the satisfaction of that customer.
At the branch level the account manager works closely with the customer’s purchasing and warehouse personnel to perform stock counts, liaise with the distribution centre as to drawdown requirements for
delivery to the customer.
For all customers a Senior Manager is appointed to meet on a quarterly basis to review Pro-Pac Packaging’s performance, discuss future business opportunities and resolve any issues that may occur. Of
course this Manager would be available at any time as required to ensure customer service and performance meets or exceeds expectations.
We also offer machinery services with which our own fully trained in-house technicians’ can assess your particular situation and requirements and tailor make a machinery system to optimise your outputs.
Pro-Pac Packaging can also service your existing machinery as well as offer a breakdown repair service and full maintenance agreements for any machines with which we sell.
